Transferring Nameservers
The first thing you need to do if you are moving your existing domain to Vice Internet is to update your name servers. You go this by logging into your account at your domain name register (e.g. Melbourne IT) and changing your primary and secondary nameservers to:

ns1.viceinternet.com  66.98.204.10
ns2.viceinternet.com  66.98.205.77

Your account password to do this should be in an email that was sent to you when you originally registered your domain. It will take approximately 24-48 hours for the transfer to go through usually.

Control Panel
Your Control Panel for your site is located at:
http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
Don't forget to replace yourdomain.com with your domain!

Billing
Your account history is available at:
http://www.viceinternet.com/modernbill

How to Upload your Website
You can upload direct to your website by FTP to:
ftp.yourdomain.com
Don't forget to replace yourdomain.com with your domain! Your login and password are in the email we sent you when you joined. You can set up more FTP accounts through the Control Panel. See our tutorials.

How to Setup your Email
Setting up your email is simple! Login to your Control Panel, click on "Email" and enter the accounts you wish to create. There are two ways in which you can read your email now:

Reading your Mail with POP
This allows you to read your email using programs like Microsoft Outlook. If you are using Outlook Express there is a simple link in the Control Panel next to your email account. Otherwise use the following settings:

Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com (Replace yourdomain.com with your domain!)
Login: Your login is your email address.
Password: This is the password you selected when you created your email address.

NOTE that this may be different from your Control Panel password!
See our tutorials if you are having difficulty

Web Mail
This way you can read your mail using a web browser-- just like Hotmail. Your web mail is available through the Control Panel or:
http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail
Don't forget to replace yourdomain.com with your domain!
